Recognized as the premier software product for infrastructure asset management, dTIMS® is used to manage large infrastructure networks in Africa, Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, and the United States. These infrastructure networks include hundreds of thousands of miles of pavements, thousands of bridges, and millions of wastewaters, storm water, and fresh water distribution pipe assets.

**Position Overview**
- Accounts Payable: Data entry, gathering backups, scanning, filing supporting documents for 2-3 purchasing credit cards (including travel), following up with credit card holders, proper coding, and allocation of credit card transactions.
- Accounts Receivable: Provide back up support for payment processing.
- Banking: Assist in completing bank or credit card reconciliations, preparing journal entries and accurately transfer financial data across multiple companies
- Timesheets: Verify the timesheet compliance monthly and post time entries to the appropriate projects in the financial system.
- Liaising with various departments to gather and share relevant information.
- Assisting in the month-end and year-end financial close and required audits.
- Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls on an as needed basis.
- Additional duties may be assigned from time to time, at managements discretion, to ensure the accounting department fulfills its obligations to the company.

**Required Skills**:

- College diploma in Business or Accounting
- 5+ years’ experience working in an accounting department.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes
- Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Proficient in Excel
