The sales and marketing administrator role supports the EVP and works collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to achieve the objectives of the business. A solid understanding of sales/marketing principles, including the suite of Microsoft Office tools, this role will handle the administrative functions of the overall department, while also providing support to the operational network. Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and excellent communication skills, this role is instrumental in guiding/supporting the various cross-functional projects and efforts of the department and company. Your energetic personality and willingness to help/support others will be instrumental in your success with the company.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for supporting the field sales representatives, handling all new business account enrollments, processing account changes and updates to Parker & ACT
- Responsible for VIP enrollments and set-ups.
- Efficient and timely processing of invoices and tracking of Purchase Orders against set budgets.
- Timely reconciliation of budgets against purchase orders and invoices
- Responsible for generation of monthly reports including ad hoc reports as required.
- Responsible for diffusing client specific rate or other related issues
- Responsible for the deployment and management of the customer surveys
- Liaisons with the operational team as required & creates city-specific rates as needed.
- Other related duties may include conducting background sales or marketing research, liaising between field sales representatives and internal operations personnel, and assisting sales and marketing personnel on projects and assignments.
- Community management via social media accounts as required.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a sales and marketing support/administrative role
- An undergraduate degree or college diploma
- Excellent verbal communication and professional English writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Energetic and able to prioritize and react quickly to a busy, changing environment.
