DESCRIPTION

Les principales fonctions du titulaire de ce poste consisteront à organiser et à comprendre les données axées sur le groupe Solutions Retraite collectives de Manuvie. L’analyste de données sera notamment chargé d’évaluer l’examen de la conception et de mettre en œuvre des données utiles à l’entreprise. Il aura par ailleurs l’occasion de créer des tableaux de bord, d’en promouvoir l’utilisation et les soutenir activement, en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires d’affaires, en vue d’élaborer des paramètres et des indicateurs de rendement clés sur lesquelles reposeront non seulement des données fondées sur l’analyse, mais aussi l’amélioration continue des processus.

L’équipe Analyse de données et perspectives, une unité Agile affectée au groupe Solutions Retraite collectives de Manuvie, est actuellement à la recherche d’un penseur stratégique qui est doté d’un bon esprit d’initiative et d’analyse et qui pourra combler un poste d’analyste de données dans ses rangs. Relevant du directeur d’analyse de données et perspectives, le titulaire du poste est principalement chargé de l’extraction, de la gestion et de l’analyse de données qu’utilise le groupe Solutions Retraite collectives de Manuvie en vue de créer des projets et de mesurer les avantages à long terme pour l’entreprise. Le titulaire du poste jouera également un rôle clé dans la mise en valeur des données et de leur disponibilité. Il formulera des suggestions d’amélioration et traitera les flux de données entrant dans l’entrepôt de données de l’équipe Veille stratégique, Solutions Retraite collectives.

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Établir et traiter les flux de données des systèmes administratifs de Solutions Retraite collectives (MPS et SLX).
- Améliorer sans cesse sa compréhension des renseignements que l’on trouve dans ces systèmes en collaborant avec les principaux utilisateurs de ces systèmes.
- Appuyer divers partenaires d’affaires en leur fournissant des analyses de données liées à des initiatives clés et à des activités d’essai et d’apprentissage.
- Élaborer des processus automatisés pour l’extraction, la transformation et le chargement des données qui servent à connaître les clients et leur comportement, tout en veillant à l’intégrité et à la qualité de ces données.
- Produire des rapports dynamiques (au moyen de l’entrepôt de données de l’équipe Veille stratégique, Solutions Retraite collectives) qui font ressortir les connaissances sur les clients afin d’améliorer les ventes et de faciliter la tenue de campagnes de vente et qui servent aux analyses statistiques pour cibler les principales occasions à saisir à l’échelle des diverses équipes de vente interne.
- S’occuper de projets ponctuels d’automatisation, d’extraction de données et de communication d’information, au besoin.
- Soutenir l’équipe dans d’autres activités : stratégie, établissement des priorités, création de données sur les clients, amélioration du système de gestion des relations avec la clientèle, etc.

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE
- Diplôme en informatique, en systèmes d’information ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans un poste d’analyse ou d’ingénierie de données, un atout.
- Connaissance du système administratif MPS de Manuvie (schémas, tableaux, emplacement des points de données, processus).
- Connaissance approfondie de SQL (SSMS) et de Microsoft Excel.
- Connaissance générale de SSIS et d’autres langages d’analyse (R, Python), un atout.

ATOUTS
- Connaissance des systèmes administratifs SLX et/ou MPS de Manuvie (schémas, tableaux, emplacement des points de données, processus).
- Connaissance de Microsoft Power BI
