**What to Expect**:
You will be responsible for design, build and implementing of business intelligence capabilities and tools, with the end goal of maximizing profits and increasing our efficiency.

**A day in the life**:
We are a team of IT professionals from many countries and diverse backgrounds, each with unique missions and challenges in the biggest health, nutrition and wellness company of the world. We innovate every day through forward-looking technologies to create opportunities for Nestlé’s digital challenges with our consumers, customers and at the workplace. We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.
- Assist in creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports and enhance these visualizations by incorporating UX/UI design principles with tools like Figma to improve user experience and usability.
- Work closely with the business to understand and translate business requirements into visualizations and Power Platform solutions.
- Assist in documenting processes, methodologies, and guidelines.
- Help in training end-users on developed solutions and ensure they can utilize them effectively.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake or similar), open-source cloud-based platforms (Microsoft Azure), and Microsoft Power Platform and its components (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents).
- Basic understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data modelling.

**Preferred Skills**
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and expertise in Figma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
