Latincouver is a non-profit organization that for the past 12 years has been connecting over 100,000 Latin Americans with Latin enthusiasts living in Western Canada. As of today, we are the point of reference within the Latin American community in British Columbia.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Set up and configure Mailchimp CRM to effectively manage customer data and interactions.
- Design and implement automated customer journeys.
- Integrate Mailchimp with our existing systems, such as customer databases, to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and optimize strategies for improved results.

**Requirements and skills**:

- English fluency
- Expertise in Mailchimp CRM, including advanced knowledge of its features for customer management and automation.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing automated customer journeys, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to integrate Mailchimp with various platforms and systems for data synchronization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Availability to work 15 hours per week and for 3 months minimum
