**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Corporate Executive Chef, you help drive and support profitable growth across segments (Processor, Foodservice, QSR and Retail) by delivering value to selected accounts and maintaining a customer-centric mindset. In addition, you leverage a balanced product portfolio aligned with our Purpose Driven Strategy (Seasonings, Sauces and Dressings, select value-added Coating Systems) by offering product versatility, menu development and creation of innovative products.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develops Gold Standard prototypes and works as a liaison between customers and R&D to aid in the development process
- Participates and leads execution of customer presentations and Culinary programs
- Provides Culinary guidance to R&D, Sales and Marketing team members on specific projects
- Works to develop and execute training programs for company programs
- Understands relationship between Culinary and Food Science
- Adds value to the company’s service level by offering product versatility, menu development and creation of innovative products
- Collaborates with R&D, Sales and Marketing and participates in regular update meetings
- Manages multiple projects and timelines and maintains a clean workspace
- Works efficiently in a team environment
- Develops and maintains contact with Culinary organizations, schools and relevant industry programs
- Participates in special projects & other duties or tasks that may be assigned as required.
- Ensures the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment
- Ensures compliance with all product safety, legality and quality requirements
- Understands and complies with all company policies and procedures
- Complies with company policies and procedures, department’s health and food safety, security, GMP, BRC, Griffith Management System, and HAACP compliance

**Qualifications**:

- Degree of Culinary Arts from accredited institution or equivalent international degree, or graduate of apprenticeship program
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a Foodservice or Culinary Development role
- 4+ years in a Corporate Culinary environment
- Post-Secondary Education is considered an asset
- Completion of general science courses or technical food science seminar is considered an asset
- Experience in management team (Sous Chef, Exec Chef, Corp Chef)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to work cross functionally
- Food costing and administration knowledge
- Food Science knowledge and memberships in RCA, CCFCC and IFT is considered an asset
