Description and Responsibilities
- Manage affiliate marketing, from seeking new opportunities to optimizing and reporting on performance
- Expand distribution beyond existing channels by exploring solutions such as Metasearch Engines
- Conduct macro analysis of internal data and market trends to understand channels performance, contribution, and dependency in order to identify opportunities and weaknesses.
- Concentrate on increasingly collecting & leveraging first-party data
- Collaborate with stakeholders in various departments to strategize on how to increase consumer bookings, implement these innovative solutions and report back on impacts
- Maximize under-utilized high-converting existing always-on traffic sources
- Manage projects from ideation to completion with always keeping in mind the consumers and the permanent revenue growth
- Lead relevant cross-functional projects that can accelerate growth in others’ respective channels
- Develop strategies for secondary B2C audiences and explore new ways to increase engagement
- Build a growth roadmap, prioritizing opportunities while considering technical and resource dependencies and present to senior leadership
- Make assumptions and projections of bookings and revenue for new solutions proposed in order to justify incremental cost via business case

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in English and French
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2C digital marketing in an E-commerce environment
- GA4 experience required
- Understanding of Canadian regulations regarding privacy and cookies required
- Strong ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics, and make highly informed decisions based on analysis
- Advanced knowledge of digital paid media (SEA, Social, Display)Familiarity with Metasearch engines and affiliate marketing, an asset
- Experience with collaboration in cross-functional teams, including technical implementation projects with IT stakeholders
- Explicit attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and requests from competing stakeholders, and to align day-to-day responsibilities and strategies with wider corporate strategy
- Ability to build excellent working relationships to attain goals
- Ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment assisting colleagues whenever possible
- Experience in travel industry specifically with tour operator, a strong asset
