Overview:
As the Service Centre Representative, you are responsible for providing face-to-face customer service related to Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) products, services (including claims related services) and policies, including selling and issuing these products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Issue, renew and/or update driver’s licences.
- Perform Canada wide searches on the Driver Licence System (zScope).
- Issue driving in force letters, conditional licences, permits, and/or suspension notices.
- Communicate to customers regarding driver’s licence suspensions, including refuse to renew regulations, Graduated Driver Licensing and Driver Education Student Programs, requirements on all classes of driver’s licences, and the Driver Safety Rating system.
- Create testing appointment services.
- Schedule test appointments and collects payment.
- Verifiy customer identity and conducts vision tests.
- Administer electronic and oral knowledge tests and explains errors to customers as required.
- At locations that offer motorcycle testing, provide assistance in the trailing vehicle during the administration of the road test.
- Sell Vehicle Safety supplies including Certificates of Inspection (COI), Periodic Mandatory Vehicle Inspection Certificates, safety decals and Body Integrity Inspection Certificates (BIIC).
- Administer salesperson and dealer tests.
- Register and schedule customers for Driver Z classes and receive payment.
- Explain Driver Z program, parental consent, cancellation and refund processes.
- Reschedule estimate and adjuster appointments.
- Print and witness Total Loss documents and complete associated IWS transactions.
- Witness documents that require a witness and/or Commissioner for Oaths.
- Issue GST refunds and receive payments, as required.
- Receive, scan and upload claims documents into CARS and notifies adjusters.
- Provide customers with information about the program.
- Book interview appointments and collects fees.
- Captures customer photo and signature, enters Birth Certificate information into system, and scans identity documents for storage and future retrieval.

- Dans les établissements qui proposent des examens de conduite de motocyclette, fournir une assistance au véhicule arrière pendant l’administration de l’essai routier.
- Interpréter les informations en ligne sur les politiques en matière de service à la clientèle.
- Délivrer, annuler, renouveler ou mettre à jour des immatriculations et des polices d’assurance.
- Vendre des fournitures pour la sécurité des véhicules, notamment des certificats d’inspection, des certificats périodiques d’inspection obligatoire des véhicules, des autocollants de sécurité et des certificats d’inspection de l’intégrité structurale.
- Administrer les tests des vendeurs et des concessionnaires.
- Inscrire les clients aux cours Driver Z, fixer le moment des cours et recevoir le paiement.
- Savoir expliquer le programme Driver Z, le consentement parental, ainsi que les procédures d’annulation et de remboursement.
- Replanifier les rendez-vous d’estimation et d’expert en sinistre.
- Imprimer et être témoin des documents de perte totale et conclure les transactions d’IWS connexes.
- Être témoin des documents qui nécessitent un témoin ou un commissaire aux serments.
- Émettre les remboursements de TPS et recevoir les paiements, le cas échéant.
- Recevoir, numériser et télécharger les documents de réclamation dans CARS et aviser les experts en sinistre.
- Fournir aux clients des renseignements sur le programme.
