Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** on a permanent basis on our People and Culture team.

This position is a remote opportunity and is based across Western Canada.

This position will be key in attracting and hiring top hourly talent to join our Supply Chain Business Unit within the FCL team If you are looking to join a customer focused talent acquisition team with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the recruitment and selection process at FCL, specifically within our Supply Chain team for high volume hourly-paid positions.
- Work closely with leaders to develop an understanding of roles and position requirements, managing expectations regarding the recruitment process to ensure a value-added service.
- Determine compensation and benefit eligibility based on our various collective agreements.
- May require 15% travel to career fairs, information sessions, open houses etc.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:

- Have 1-3 years of relevant HR and/or Recruitment experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree, preference in Human Resources.
- Are experienced in high-volume bulk recruitment.
- Have experience recruiting for warehouse level roles is an asset.
