**What’s the job?**

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven
**Talent Acquisition Team Leader** to join our growing team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for helping oversee the team, as well as doing full-cycle recruiting, planning, developing, and implementing hiring strategies for the company.

**Overview of Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.
- Use metrics to create reports.
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators.
- Devise new, innovative approaches to recruitment outreach and selection processes of top-tiered talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on driving efficiencies and improvements,
- Build and maintain relationships with the People and Culture team and Hiring Managers across the company
- Maintain and support evaluation metrics to measure our recruitment achievements and to help us refine our recruitment processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree/diploma in human resources management, business administration, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a talent acquisition team lead, or a similar experience in an HR role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of human resources laws
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in job posting sites and social media platforms
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.)
- Ability to identify trends in current recruiting processes and outcomes to determine opportunities to re-imagine, change and enhance recruiting and sourcing.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools.
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Intermediate to Advance MS Office skills, preferably Excel.
- Ability to conduct reports as required.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to handle a team and motivate employees.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and tight timelines, as well as shift priorities based on hiring manager needs.

**Is it remote and what are the hours like?**

This position is 100% remote but must be able to work during EST hours (9 am-5 pm).

The compensation is commensurate and negotiable based on experience.
