**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize endpoint device tracking tools, advise on device renewals, provide consultation for non-standard equipment, and help plan, research, and execute large device renewal projects.
- Assist with endpoint (desktop, laptop, tablet, bar-code scanners, point of sale terminals, meeting rooms hardware, printers, mobile phones, etc.) setup, moves, and tear down on an as-needed basis.
- Responsibilities include adhering to all security policies, improving security practices, assisting with documentation of policies, ensuring security and privacy requirements are followed, managing encryption keys, educating clients and support teams on security best practices, identifying, and removing malware, and managing local admin passwords.
- Ensure the integrity of endpoints and supporting systems are not compromised and maintain security and privacy requirements in accordance with the company policy and directives of the VP (Vice President) and ISD Security and Compliance team.
- Utilize ServiceNow as the ticketing tool by following ITSM best practices.
- Provide time-sensitive support to the Senior Executives.
- Help other teams with onsite work by virtue of acting as a reliable resource to assist with their services on a planned ad-hoc basis at various locations across the province.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Understanding and history of use of macOS, Microsoft Windows Operating System, O365, and Anti-virus solutions
- Understanding of enterprise Endpoint and digital device deployments, experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, Jamf, ABM, Knox, and Power Shell Scripting, excellent communication and coaching skills, customer relationship management experience, and experience with telephony and audio-visual technologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Services would be an asset.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks and policies
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate to achieve success.
- Able to quickly build rapport with end users.
