**We are currently seeking a Manager, Enterprise Applications**
**Full-time, Permanent position**
If you’re able to juggle multiple priorities and projects whilst leading a dedicated Enterprise Applications team, we’d like to meet you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure comprehensive management, support and testing of upgrades and configurations of VHAs Enterprise Applications
- Assess system performance, receive stakeholder feedback and recommend improvements
- Resolve issues escalated by colleagues
- Ability to motivate, effectively delegate and coach team to create a positive and dynamic working atmosphere
- Monitor performance of direct reports and provide coaching and counseling as required
- Ensure timely support and consistent communication during any downtimes
- Work closely with partner vendors to fix identified issues and ensure new features/upgrades are implemented in a timely, successful manner
- Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to PHIPA guidelines and data security requirements
- Work closely with the Digital Transformation team to ensure new Enterprise Applications are transitioned for support in a timely manner after project completion
- Forecast and control costs and budgets regarding Enterprise Applications
- Manage relationships and contracts with vendors
- Help develop IT policies and practices as they relate to the proper use of Enterprise Applications.
**Key Skills, Experience and Behaviors required for this position**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other IT related area
- An ITIL certification
- A Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a leadership capacity within an IT team (preferably as an IT Operations manager)
- Experience and comfort using data to generate reports to support quality improvement and system performance
- Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred
- Experience with Saas based solutions and cloud architectures
- Demonstrable leadership abilities, organizational skills and budget management
- Deep understanding of PHIPA regulations to ensure that Patient Health Information (PHI) confidentiality is always maintained and secured
- Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities
- Outstanding communications skills, with an approachable, collaborative communication style
- Comfortable collaborating with teams and clients to solve problems
- Ability to be flexible in hours worked including some work after hours and on weekends (for new releases/updates).
