Le représentant du développement des affaires (BDR) est responsable de l’identification et de la création de nouvelles opportunités qualifiées pour ses partenaires chargés de compte. Ce rôle exécute les campagnes sortantes de leur division des ventes en qualifiant l’intérêt d’achat actif et en identifiant les décideurs critiques afin de positionner avec succès la proposition de valeur Compugen. Notre objectif est de générer un nouveau sommet de l’entonnoir dans les services d’abonnement à revenus récurrents. Ce rôle est formé en collaboration avec un partenaire OEM en mettant l’accent sur les services basés sur la valeur Compugen alimentés par la technologie de notre partenaire.
- Les BDR qui établissent un rendement élevé et sont de solides représentants des valeurs fondamentales de Compugen auront le potentiel de nouveaux défis et d’avancement professionnel.**Quel impact énorme vous pourriez avoir chez Compugen - et dans votre carrière**:

- Faites 50+ contacts sortants chaque jour
- Atteindre et dépasser les métriques (activité, rendez-vous, leads qualifiés, etc.) - Surpassez votre quota
- Identifier et s’engager avec des comptes du marché intermédiaire pour acquérir et développer de nouvelles affaires.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration et stratégiquement avec l’équipe des partenaires fournisseurs tout en s’engageant dans les mêmes efforts, y compris la génération de prospects, l’offre de solutions, la clôture et le nurturing.
- Démontrer sa capacité à établir de solides relations professionnelles avec des cadres clés de l’informatique et des affaires.
- Tirer parti des outils de vente tels que LinkedIn Navigator pour réseauter avec des clients potentiels
- Acquérir des connaissances commerciales en recherchant le fonctionnement des différentes entreprises, les structures de leadership, leurs points faibles et les défis auxquels elles sont confrontées quotidiennement
- Questionnement, sondage et écoute efficaces qui mènent à un cycle de vente réussi

**Compétences et qualifications que vous apporterez**:

- Expérience de vente avec un historique éprouvé de dépassement des objectifs
- Personne débrouillarde et curieuse avec un intellect vif et la capacité d’absorber rapidement de nouveaux concepts
- Résilience, persévérance et capacité à surmonter les objections
- Faire preuve d’empathie pour les difficultés des clients.
- Un talent pour apprendre rapidement et résoudre des problèmes
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de téléphone, d’écriture, de présentation et de relations interpersonnelles
- Autodidacte très motivé avec la capacité de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et capable de s’adapter aux priorités changeantes
- Familiarité avec les concepts de technologie de l’information et capacité d’apprendre rapidement
- Préférence à ceux qui ont une expérience de vente SaaS
- Points bonus dans l’expérience de vente Outreach, CRM et IT.
