- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Liaison between logistics, customer service and sales.
- Perform data entry to update customer records and information
- Assist in picking order, receiving inventory and inventory counts

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bilingual with French preferred)
- Proficient in phone etiquette with a friendly and patient demeanor
- Prior experience in customer service or sales in Agriculture environment is a plus
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
