Front-end Development Lead

**Responsibilities**
- Architect web Front-end solutions
- Proactive leadership in the project team to help develop the product using your experience to help guide the team through the entire development lifecycle
- Ensuring code quality and governance
- Ensuring engineers follow any patterns/designs
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to other developers
- Planning, estimating, and contributing to the architecture, coding, and development
- Refactoring and continuous improvements of the codebases
- Ensuring that technical decisions and information is communicated thoroughly to the global team
- Taking responsibility of releases and contributing to the ongoing support of live apps
- Looking beyond pure programming, get involved with the deployment and operation of the software we build (DevOPs)
- Delivering fair outcomes for our customers, ensuring conduct maintains a high levels of professionalism

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**
- 6+ years developing front ends, staying up with the latest versions of **React and Angular**:

- 5+ years of service industry experience
- 5+ years developing with **Typescript and Javascript**:

- 5+ years of experience with at least two of **Bootstrap, MUI, Tailwind**:

- 2+ years working with **Figma and/or Zeplin**:

- Skilled with using **REST and GraphQL** APIs
- Skilled with using **UML** notation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working in mixed-discipline project teams following an Agile methodology
- Strong development skills in OO and modern architectural patterns
- Experience working directly with clients and other project stakeholders to define and refine requirements
- Strong written and verbal English skills (**IELTS 8 or equivalent**)
- Experience with **SCRUM**:

- Experience with **jest**

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with shell scripting, command-line tools, bash, PowerShell
- Familiarity with all three major environments: Windows, Linux, MacOS
- Creative hobbies and interests

**About Salary and Compensation**:
The salary for this position is based on the Atimi Salary Grid for a Senior Lead Position and ranges between **140k** and **220k** per annum and depends on the individuals performance during the interview.
