Job Overview:
Join our team as a Team Leader and lead a dedicated group of individuals in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, provide guidance to team members, and ensure a positive work environment. If you are a natural leader with a passion for coaching and motivating others, we want you to lead our team to success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Must work on the grill (training will be provided)
- Must be proficient in English and should be able to take orders on the cash register.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
- Lead by example in demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Manage team schedules effectively to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Supervise team members in their daily tasks, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in multitasking and handling various responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Previous experience in supervising or store management roles is preferred
- Experience in restaurant environment is a must
- Experience with grill is preferable
- Should be able to work full time
- Should have personal vehicle for commute

Pay: $17.50-$19.80 per hour
