**Reception and Office Administrator**:

Located in the Fraser Valley within the Gloucester Industrial Park in Langley, BC, we are currently seeking a dynamic Reception and Office Administrator to join our progressive team.**

**Position Overview**: As the first point of contact and a crucial member of our front office team, the Reception and Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service. This position offers an outstanding opportunity for individuals seeking to gain valuable administrative experience and develop professional skills in a supportive and stimulating team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones and greeting customers.
- Directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail flow.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Order office supplies, perform light office cleaning, and manage filing systems.
- Process credit card payments from walk-in customers.
- Assist department managers with ongoing and special projects as needed. This could include operations, marketing, IT, and HR-focused projects.

**Accounting Duties**:

- Manage overdue accounts and address billing inquiries.
- Post payments on account and deposit received cheques and cash.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations.
- Assist Accounts Payable as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous administrative experience in the equipment or automotive industry is an asset.
- Previous accounts receivable experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with warranty submissions is an asset.

**Position Details**:

- Full-time and permanent.
- Start date: Immediate.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
- Wage: $22-$28/hr based on experience.
