Administrative Assistant

A job opportunity for those obtaining great planning and organization skills. A dynamic person with the ability to create workflows, speak on the phone with assertiveness, self-motivated and has multi-tasking ability.
The role is best suited for those with experience in segregated fund investment accounts, life insurance processing, data collection, financial calculations and other similar attributes requiring knowledge of a financial services office. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point and a substantial understanding of web-based programs and CRM systems (Client Management Relations Databases) are necessary. Simple tasks such as letter writing, note-taking and data input are common daily processes of this position.
Maintenance of client files, notes, servicing activities are part of the daily tasks list. Scheduling, record-keeping, file maintenance, problem-solving and report generation are also vital tasks to the role. Skills and ability for some website & social media work may be required. Ideally a part-time schedule of three full workdays Tuesday to Thursday would be expected.
