**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the IT team in developing and implementing innovative solutions.
- Participate in analyzing clients' integration needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Maintain and oversee clients' IT infrastructure, including servers and electronic labeling systems.
- Provide technical support to clients to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of the systems.
- Conduct technology watch to stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the sector.
- Document processes and solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in team training sessions and problem-solving scenarios.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual (French and English)
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Motivation and self-learning ability.
- Basic knowledge of information technologies, including networks, databases, and software development.
- Aptitude for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Promotion Opportunities**:
Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
