**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Providing daily customer support for occupational health referrals, ensuring service in both English and French;
- Processing new referrals within a timely manner;
- Providing referral updates to referral source, as required;
- Tracking and monitoring the progress of referrals, ensuring that they are completed within contract timelines;
- Managing client and assessor inquires, promptly and professionally;
- Escalating client and assessor concerns to Team Lead, as required,;
- Ensuring that invoices are accurate and processed promptly;
- Keeping customer support training manuals and learning logs up to date; and
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum of one (1) year working in an administrative or customer support role;
- Bilingual in English and French (i.e. able to communicate in both English and French verbally and in writing, at an advanced level);
- Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to learn proprietary software; and
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast paced-work environment.
