Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and feedback
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns across all channels
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications:

- Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and SEO principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread content
- Ability to conduct research and stay informed about industry trends
