The Registrar coordinates the registration of students ensuring data is accurate and tuition is correctly charged. Also maintains, updates student records and handles invoice related inquiries. Liaising with education agents and businesses internationally is a significant part of the position. Administrative duties include general office admin.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process student enrollment and additional services in timely manner.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy for all student information in the system
- Assist BDM (“Business Development Managers”) and agencies with program enrollment, withdrawals, and any program changes.
- Maintain and improve on student enrolment system to better support recruitment, registration and more.
- Provide Custodian signatures
- Work closely with BDM and agencies to ensure the offered discounts and pricing to clients are in line with the guideline setup by directors/Accounting Manager/Controller.
- Sends registration confirmation, invoice and documents related to agencies, BDMs and students
- Setting up and updating multiple systems: programs schedule, intakes dates, pricing, promotions, etc as needed
- Follow up inquiries from the Student Recruitment Software System (e.g Edvisor) on a daily basis.
- Maintain SOP for Registration Team upon request.
- Participate in system upgrade or testing of the registration system.
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Carries out other related duties as required or assigned by Accounting Manager/Controller.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Business Study or other related disciplines
- Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative environment that includes data entry and records keeping
- Good in numbers, and being extremely accurate and efficient
- Detail oriented and self-organized with an ability to multi-task
- Proficient at Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, other languages are an asset
