Building Superintendent Team

We are looking to hire a TEAM, two persons, to live and work on-site and take care of the day to day operations for a residential apartment complex in Barrie. You would be the liaison between the residential tenants and the property manager.

We are only looking for teams, two people to live and work together.

Duties would consist of but not limited to:

- Cleaning
- Minor repairs
- Showing vacant apartments to prospective tenants
- Garden and lawn care
- Coordinating access for contractors
- Rent collection
- Maintaining garbage and recycling program

You would be working alongside with an off-site property manager who will assist with many of the other details/ duties involved in the day to day management of the building to create a stress free working environment.

The successful team would be provided with a two-bedroom apartment with phone, internet and cable and on-site parking.

This full time position would suit retired or semi-retired persons that are handy, physically fit and personable.

Experience preferred, but willing to train suitable applicants.

Salary range: $42,000 to $46,000 per year
