**Project Manager **Job Summary**

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of project planning, client relations, and construction execution to ensure successful project outcomes. This role includes client consultations, managing project timelines, budgeting, coordinating with designers, supervising crews, and ensuring high-quality standards are met on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Consultation & Communication**:

- Conduct initial client meetings to discuss project scope, take measurements, gather ideas, and build rapport.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.
- Obtain accurate measurements and specifications to provide to the design team.
- **Project Planning & Scheduling**:

- Sketch designs and work with the design team to turn client ideas into actionable, valuable plans.
- Oversee project timelines, work with necessary stakeholders and subcontractors and ensure resources are allocated effectively, and communicate any changes to the client.
- **Estimating & Budget Management**:

- Review project costs with the General Manager, approve estimates, and manage budgets to align with company profitability goals.
- Track project expenses, communicate with the Controller to stay within budget, and handle any budget changes.
- **Design Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with designers and the drafting team to ensure accurate designs that meet client needs.
- Provide feedback to designers and address client preferences to create workable, realistic project designs.
- Make necessary adjustments and navigate the 3D models in order to effectively present projects.
- **On-Site Supervision**:

- Conduct site walkthroughs with clients and crew leads to finalize project details and ensure all team members understand project requirements.
- Monitor progress on-site to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and that project specifications are met on time, under budget and to standard.
- **Crew Coordination & Oversight**:

- Assign tasks to crew leads, monitor daily work, and ensure crews are well-prepared and equipped.
- Review daily crew reports, which include work progress, photos, and descriptions of completed tasks.
- Trigger invoices through the Admin staff at project milestones and collect payments throughout the project.
- Approve project overruns up to approved limits and discuss with the AGM/GM if overruns exceed approved limits.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly to ensure project continuity.
- Communicate with clients regarding any unforeseen changes or obstacles, providing solutions to keep the project on track and uninterrupted.
- Create change orders when necessary.
- **Material & Equipment Coordination**:

- Work with the on-site crews, Equipment Manager and Controller to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available and delivered on time.
- Order specialty products and materials with necessary lead times for projects.
- Ensure project budgets and timelines are met.
- **Project Documentation & Close-Out**:

- Ensure all project files, designs, and documents are stored accurately and are accessible for future reference.
- Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage any warranty or follow-up work required. Sign Construction Completion Certificates and obtain final payment. Follow up with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

- Sales: 5 years (preferred)
