We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering exceptional results.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing construction crews, handling materials and budget management, resolving conflicts, and maintaining project schedules. Your leadership and organizational skills will be critical in driving the success of our projects and maintaining the satisfaction of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the implementation of landscaping, carpentry, concrete, and other construction projects.
- Maintain a clear and organized project schedule, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Approve and manage payments for projects.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Manage construction crews, ensuring they are effectively deployed and productive.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Resolve conflicts between clients, contractors, crews, designers, suppliers, and other parties.
- **Budget and Inventory Management**:

- Order materials for projects and manage the budget of purchases, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Manage inventory levels for materials, ensuring availability without excess.
- Handle warranty claims, repairs, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Equipment and Asset Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance and security of company assets and equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and compliant with safety regulations.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all projects meet the company’s high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices across all projects.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and addressing their concerns.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the construction or landscaping industry.
- Hands on experience in the relevant fields in order to train, discuss, estimate and oversee all aspects of the construction process.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost management, and financial oversight.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
