**Duties**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Provide exceptional guest services and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Monitor and control hotel expenses, including budgeting and financial management
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, conferences, and special functions
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance guest experience
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a hotel management role or similar position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
