Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Operations Management
- Oversee the operation of hotel systems, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance systems.
- Ensure that all hotel facilities and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage hotel budgets and financial reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
The Hotel Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and deadlines. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
