Established in 2021, Wind Sips is a tea experience company featuring tea sommelier crafted tea flights with connections to self and others through tea parties, customized teaware, tea flavor fusion recipes and lifestyle culture items.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develops an overall digital marketing strategy for Wind Sips tea experience e-commerce business by analyzing the target audience, identifying marketing goals, to determine the most effective channels and tactics to reach and engage potential customers.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Optimizes website and content to improve its visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) by conducting keyword research, optimize meta tags, create content, and implement SEO techniques to drive organic traffic to the website. Manage website content goals with implementation of link building strategy.
- **Pay-per-Click (PPC) Advertising**: Manages and executes PPC campaigns, such as Google AdWords or social media advertising by conducting keyword research, create compelling ad copies, set budgets, and monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Develops and implements social media marketing strategies to promote Wind Sips tea experience by creating and manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, engage with the community, run paid social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies. Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
- **Content Marketing**: Create and manage content marketing initiatives to attract and engage the target audience by developing a content strategy, creating blog posts, videos, and infographics to distribute through various channels and measure content effectiveness.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:Track and analyzes data from digital marketing campaigns and channels using tools like Google Analytics to measure website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement reports.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Analyzes conversion funnels, identifies barriers to conversion, and implements strategies to improve conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, improving website usability, and optimizing calls-to-action.
- **Influencer Marketing and Partnerships**: Identifies influencers and potential partnerships to promote Wind Sips tea experience by establishing relationships, negotiate collaborations, and monitoring the effectiveness of influencer campaigns through defined ROI metrics.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**: Conducts market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and industry developments while analyzing competitors' strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement. Create and maintain monthly executive reports showcasing mid-funnel performance metrics.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with team members, such as graphic designers, content writers, and web developers to align all marketing efforts with Wind Sips overall business goals to keep marketing message consistent across different channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience.
- Proven content strategist and content marketer with the ability to craft campaigns with compelling ad copies, designing eye-catching visuals, and engaging social media posts.
- Proficient in SEO & Content Marketing by conducting keyword research, optimizing content for search engines, and developing content strategy. Knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, content management systems to successful SEO and content marketing efforts.
- 3+years E-commerce proficient in Shopify.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, execute campaigns smoothly, effectively coordinate with team members and problem solver. Proficent in Asana, Slack etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and as team collaborator.
- Adaptable with continuous learning mind-set to stay on-top of in the moment trends, tools, and strategies with a willingness to implement new ideas and technology.
- Proficient in web development, basic coding languages, and CMS platforms is desirable.
- Passion for tea, consumer centered.
- Hybrid remote in Chilliwack, sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.

**Salary**: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
