**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities**

The marketing coordinator’s responsibilities/accountabilities include:

- Work closely with the VP of Brand Marketing and other department managers to develop and execute on brand strategies and plans to achieve the company’s & department’s objectives.
- Collaborate and work with the sales teams (i.e., market intelligence, market visits, digital marketing) to build brand strategies that are set-up for success and built to sustainably perform.
- Strategize and oversee product roadmaps and go-to-market launch strategies and conduct post-mortem analyses to measure effectiveness and to refine tactics.
- Manage and be accountable for marketing activities performance and the brand marketing budget.
- Generate and analyze reports from various data sources such as regional/national sales, digital marketing analytics, and more to improve brand/product strategies and performance.
- Continuously assess the competitive landscape to identify trends, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Assist line manager to define, measure, and report on major KPI’s relating to business performance to fellow team members and the senior management.
- Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives such as social media, websites, and campaigns to on our internal and customers digital pages to improve on brand awareness of Smoke Arsenal’s brands.
- Work on brand awareness initiatives through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Collaborate with sales, operations and external partners on merchandising and guide the creation of point-of-sale materials to increase brand awareness and exposure.
- Create engaging presentations and present new learnings and market intel to cross-functional departments and key stakeholders to evolve our operations framework.
- Be the main contact point and informed decision-maker for brand related topics through collaborations with sales, supply chain, project management and external marketing partners.
- Manage the brand planning calendar; coordinate cross-functional activities and plan processes, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Be a brand ambassador at tradeshows, events, market visits and conferences as required.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 1-2 years working experience in marketing/brand management, category management or related experience including brand innovation and brand activation (experiential marketing).
- Broad/general business acumen
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross functional collaboration skills
- Business and data analysis and proven project management experience
- Presence: Able to stand up with confidence and command regarding the brand/product projects status, rationale, and state of being
- Self-Starter: You are comfortable taking action without significant direction but also confident enough to be able to engage leadership at key points to gain alignment and assistance where needed
- Vape (cannabis or tobacco) industry product, supplier & sales knowledge is an asset
