**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare shipping documents and sendorders to fulfill from multiple 3PL locations
- Support team members on inventory control as orders are fulfilled and shipped
- Data Entry: actioning orders on merchant platforms to mark as received / shipped / invoiced
- Logistics: book shipments / issue claims with carrier upon damages, lost item, or other issues in fulfillment
- Follow up with end-customers on their order fulfillment inquiries
- Provide solutions to online merchant inquiries / requests

Qualifications:

- Fast learner with ability to juggle tasks with ease
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Detailed and accurate in data entry / shipping work
- Proficient in English (written)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to solve problems in an efficient manner
- Experience with online retail in any capacity (preferred)
- Experience with ERP System (preferred)

Responsabilités:

- Recueillir les commandes de commerce électronique à partir de diverses sources EDI et de courriels et les entrer dans le système ERP (NetSuite).
- Préparer les documents d'expédition et envoyer les commandes pour qu'elles soient exécutées à partir de plusieurs sites 3PL.
- Soutenir les membres de l'équipe dans le contrôle de l'inventaire au fur et à mesure que les commandes sont exécutées et expédiées.
- Saisie des données : actionner les commandes sur les plateformes marchandes pour les marquer comme reçues / expédiées / facturées.
- Logistique : enregistrer les expéditions / émettre des réclamations auprès du transporteur en cas de dommages, d'articles perdus ou d'autres problèmes liés à l'exécution des commandes.
- Assurer le suivi des demandes des clients finaux concernant l'exécution de leurs commandes.
- Fournir des solutions aux demandes de renseignements et aux requêtes des marchands en ligne.

Qualifications:

- Apprentissage rapide et capacité à jongler avec les tâches avec facilité.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à organiser et à hiérarchiser le travail.
- Détaillé et précis dans la saisie des données et le travail d'expédition
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit)
- Compétences avancées en Excel
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace
- Expérience de la vente au détail en ligne (de préférence)
- Expérience avec un système ERP (de préférence)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
