Joignez-vous à Bio-Rad en tant que spécialiste des systèmes de diagnostic où vous allez coordonner activement le processus d'installation des produits médicaux et de l'instrumentation, donner un soutien aux laboratoires à travers le Canada avec des formations ainsi qu'un soutien de logiciel et pour les produits chimiques. Vous serez également un point de référence pour nos clients internes.

**Comment vous aurez un impact**:

- Interagit avec : le personnel du Service Technique, les représentants techniques, les départements de Ventes et de Marketing, le Service à la clientèle et la Distribution au sein de l'entreprise, ainsi que les clients.
- Agit comme personne-ressource auprès des clients de Bio-Rad (internes et externes au Canada) sur les produits/systèmes Bio-Rad désignés et fournit aux clients les connaissances, les informations et le soutien nécessaires.
- Effectue et prend en charge les évaluations de produits et les corrélations selon les besoins, en interne et/ou sur le site du client.
- Développe, coordonne et exécute des formations client pour les produits Bio-Rad Laboratories désignés selon les besoins. Assure les suivis post-installation et post-formation.
- Effectue des visites périodiques chez les clients pour s'assurer que les clients exploitent le plein potentiel de leur produit Bio-Rad et pour éviter les abus. Identifie et répond aux besoins des clients avec une formation supplémentaire pour minimiser les interventions requises sur le terrain.
- Identifier les tendances et effectuer une analyse et une escalade des défaillances du système/produit, le cas échéant.
- Peut aider les chefs d'entreprise lors de conventions ou chez le client avec des démonstrations et des présentations de produits et adapter le contenu à des publics spécifiques.
- Fournit des mémos/rapports techniques concernant la résolution de problèmes techniques.
- Rapporte l'activité concurrentielle et les conditions changeantes du marché au Canada qui peuvent avoir un impact direct sur les ventes de Bio-Rad.
- Fournit des informations techniques aux patients et aux autres prestataires de soins de santé concernant la qualité et la sécurité de la transfusion de sang/produits sanguins.
- Rapportera les activités sur le site et soumettra la documentation requise selon toutes les exigences désignées par et au gestionnaire de service.
- Assiste/participe aux réunions de vente/service et aux sessions de formation.
- Assiste à des congrès/ateliers pour approfondir la connaissance des produits.
- Point de référence pour toutes les questions et préoccupations méthodologiques sur la médecine transfusionnelle.
- Effectue une formation avancée en dépannage pour des clients spécifiques.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées

**Ce que vous apportez**:

- Diplôme universitaire en sciences de la santé ou diplôme connexe dans le domaine du laboratoire médical.
- Niveau supérieur de compétence technique et de capacité de résolution de problèmes dans des domaines tels que : Enquêter sur des anomalies telles que les maladies hémolytiques du nouveau-né, les anémies hémolytiques et les réactions indésirables à la transfusion
- Maîtrise des processus de laboratoire et des statistiques de contrôle de la qualité.
- Excellente communication orale et écrite en français.
- Capable de travailler seul ainsi qu'en équipe, avec un minimum de supervision.
- Flexibilité de voyage requise (environ 60 %)
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
- Compétences informatiques bien développées.
- Solides compétences en présentation

- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience avec les techniques sérologiques de base et avancées ; dons de sang; la génétique; immunohématologie moléculaire; dépistage des maladies virales ; conservation et stockage du sang; risques de transfusion; l'antigène leucocytaire humain (HLA) et la transplantation.
- Expérience récente en conformité réglementaire requise
- Expérience dans la conception, la mise en place et l'optimisation d'essais/d'expériences.
