**About the role**:
**Work location**:Montreal (hybrid)

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with various teams involved in the Lab’s digital initiatives to identify knowledge gaps and analysis needs
- Define KPI plans for digital products in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Assure the quality of analytics tracking implementation and perform regularly quality checks on collected data
- Analyze performance of our digital touchpoints on a regular basis using both quantitative and qualitative data sources
- In close collaboration with Design & Product teams, create and present ongoing performance reports, including appropriate recommendations for product optimization
- Respond to ad-hoc data & analysis requests

**You**:

- Passionate about digital, data and performance
- ** Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital performance analytics**:

- Strategic and innovative in using data to generate actionable insights
- Solid storytelling and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a talent for understanding stakeholder needs
- Proven experience in data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
- Hands-on experience in at least one web analytics tool (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
- Interest in/knowledge of tracking implementation process and digital data collection tools (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL/Python, a plus
- Bilingual (French/English) - this role need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
