**JOB OVERVIEW**

The Trade and Execution Coordinator will support the Senior Trader in executing efficient and compliant trade processes. This role involves coordinating trade confirmations, managing logistics requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation for export activities. The position plays a key role in maintaining smooth operational flow in international commodity trades.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Senior Trader in coordinating trade confirmations and ensuring alignment with contract terms and specifications.
- Monitor and facilitate the trade execution process, ensuring all activities adhere to compliance standards and internal policies.
- Update and maintain contract records, following up on any amendments or adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate the preparation and verification of export documentation, including bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure all logistics and shipping documents are completed accurately and submitted promptly.
- Track shipments and resolve any documentation or logístical issues that arise.
- Serve as a liaison between the Trading, Logistics, and Finance teams, facilitating clear communication and process alignment for all transactions.
- Support the Senior Trader in communicating with buyers, vendors, and external agencies to confirm trade details and address any documentation or shipment concerns.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing market data to support the Senior Trader’s decision-making and trading strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all trade regulations, policies, and international trade standards, conducting periodic reviews of documentation processes.
- Identify areas for efficiency and accuracy improvements within trade coordination and documentation workflows.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and streamline processes for improved trade execution.
- Assist with the collection of outstanding Accounts Receivable (A/R) related to completed trades, coordinating with the Finance team to address any discrepancies.

**EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
- Previous experience in trade support, export documentation, or supply chain.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in trade documentation and export processes.
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international trade compliance.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced trading environment.
