**Summary**:
The Project Control Coordinator is accountable for the overall setup, configuration, and management of projects for the Channel Marketing Team. They ensure the success of projects through creation and maintenance of plans, timesheets, reports and dashboards. The Project Control Coordinator’s attention to detail is crucial as they review and perform financial duties pertaining to projects and perform testing on new features.

**Responsibilities**:
**Mavenlink & Salesforce Related**:

- Project setup and configuration, new projects created through Salesforce, as well manual creation if/when necessary
- Timesheet setup and management (weekly, monthly)
- Template setup and management
- Resource allocation to project based on skillset and budget
- Manage skillset inventory of team members
- Manage resources to ensure utilization targets
- Generate weekly and monthly reports from Mavenlink and other tools as necessary
- Analyze the project budget versus actual cost of delivery and margin
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for senior management for assistance in project delivery and resource utilization
- Ensure the accuracy of the billing data and cost data being generated by ML
- Be the point person between Services and the Business Services team (Rev Ops, Finance)
- Provide finance with % completion report monthly or as requested
- Complete month end processing in Smart Sheet/SharePoint if necessary
- Perform bulk updates to the system such as, custom fields and bulk user updates
- Perform testing on new features, processes and reports
- Lead insights for the Net Promoter Score (NPS) customer satisfaction program, including aligning data and insights across client survey sources and managing new satisfaction programs.

**Other responsibilities in support of the wider Channel Marketing team may include**:

- Supplier research and cost breakdown creation for events, marketing print and distribution jobs
- Travel logistics and team expense management
- Creation of simple feedback surveys / coordination of survey feedback
- Venue research and flight, print and other 3rdparty booking/ordering requirements
- Proofreading

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Proven experience working with / managing Smartsheet, Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft Office, Mavenlink (aka Kantata)
- Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and follow-thru skills
- Fast learner, detail oriented, efficient working style and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and very tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical, thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
