We're seeking an experienced Front Desk concierge with strong administrative and customer service skills for our part-time position. The Front Desk concierge is responsible for the management of the company's front desk concierge area including greeting tenants, answering questions and inter-acting with other departments. Strong interpersonal and clerical skills are a must for this position, as well as a willingness to take initiative and a commitment to confidentiality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and resolve problems.
- Answer questions and solve tenant issues.
- Ensure tenants have a positive experience.
- Assist tenants with their purchases in the bistro using the POS.
- Receive & hold packages and deliveries.
- Assist with organization of move in and move outs.
- Organize transportation for tenants upon request.
- Basic administrative tasks and duties.

15 hours per week (2 days) with possibility of more to cover days off, sick days etc.

Shifts range from mornings 7am-3pm, evenings 3pm-11pm & occasional overnights from 11pm-7am.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
