**You as a Planning & Scheduling Coordinator will**:

- Assist in development of a full Critical Path Method (CPM) logic generated baseline schedules for projects.
- Attend the planning and schedule preparation process sessions during pursuits and assist in responding to RFP documents for projects.
- Participate in evaluating the construction progress and performing regular progress updates (bi-weekly or monthly) and assist in preparing the reports for evaluation of the schedule health. Prepare and maintain the project schedule log on a regular basis.
- Participate in developing and maintaining a database of construction productivity rates, procurement durations, lead times and project risk items.
- Assist in identifying unplanned events (new changes/ unforeseen conditions) and incorporate their impacts into the schedule.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- 2 years of construction scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Familiar with different types of project delivery methods such as Lump Sum, Design Build, Construction Management and Unit Price.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to coordinate multiple schedules, solve schedule conflicts under pressure.
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling related software such as: Oracle-Primavera P6, MS Project, and other scheduling related software.
