Scheduling Clerk Role in London, Ontario

About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage employee schedules, handle vacation requests, and maintain accurate records. You will work closely with leaders to ensure seamless scheduling operations, including coordinating new hire schedules and updating employee information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and input employee schedules
  • Handle vacation requests and schedule adjustments
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Coordinate new hire schedules
  • Communicate effectively with employees and leaders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • One year of recent experience in scheduling or a related field
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience with Kronos is an asset
What We Offer
