**Description**:
The Uniform and Parking Coordinator, under the direction of the YEG Base Manager, is responsible for supporting the Operations and Management Team in an administrative capacity related to customer service, quality, safety, airport services and fuel operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Uniforms**:

- Oversees the fitting and distribution of uniform pieces to EFC Staff Members company wide (EFC Group of companies?)
- Maintains records of all team members and their uniform allotment
- Consistent monitoring of inventory stock levels and proactively anticipates business needs to ensure all uniform, PPE and other related items are met in a timely manner
- Act as the primary purchaser of all company Uniform and PPE items. Also acting as the primary purchaser for other non-Uniform/PPE items (EFC Cargo Supplies)
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve the overall uniform department, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes
- Identifies and implements cost savings initiatives and strategies within the uniforms and parking departments
- Act as the primary contact between all EFC bases/companies and uniform service providers (Unifirst)
- Administer Boot voucher program on behalf of Safety Department.

**Parking**:

- Work closely with different airlines and EFC clients to obtain approval of company material on departing flights
- Coordinates, implements and evaluates the operation/workflow of third party shuttle services, taxis, parking enforcement activities and passenger flow at all YEG terminals.
- Work with Parking Lot Attendant(s) to maintain parking, and uniforms.
- Responsible for the overall security of the YEG parking lots and the reporting of any incidents or damages.
- Conducting weekly collections of late or declined payments
- Administrative support of parking lot agreements.
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while acting as the primary contact for all complaints - being highly skilled in conflict resolution and de-escalation tactics.
- Work closely with accounting department to approve invoices and accurately allocate costs in a timely manner
- Attend internal / external meetings as required and work closely with all departments to provide information, actions and deadlines as related to daily, weekly and monthly activities and initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all Executive Flight Centre bases, management, customers and staff.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly work area exhibiting pride in work performance and contributing to a healthy and safe work environment.
- Ensure exceptional, courteous and respectful customer service and participation in the Company’s Step Up to Customer Service Program.
- Comply with and participate in the Company’s Health & Safety and Quality programs and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (or current enrolment in program) is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive administration experience is required.
- Aviation experience including an understanding of ramp, fueling and customer service operations would be considered an asset.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility and proven experience in balancing competing priorities and juggling a variety of responsibilities.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and self-directed with a demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times; must have a professional appearance and mannerisms.
