**Company Profile**

We build and install amazing visual projects for high profile clients (e.g., Lululemon, Arc’teryx, Browns Restaurants, etc.). Our specialties are custom architectural signs, metal fabrication, illuminated signs and interactive environments - everything we do is custom and no two projects are the same.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is motivated, results driven, creative and thrives on successfully executing projects. Specifically, we will look to you for:

- Architectural plan takeoffs for code signage (software based, with a specification for you to follow)
- Estimating interior signage projects (based on the takeoff)
- Thoroughly understanding project scopes (e.g., attending project handover meetings with the sales / estimating team and reading all project documentation)
- Leading, planning and overseeing project deliverables, installation schedules and project documentation
- Coordinating internal resources and team members
- Ensuring timely and effective communication with clients
- Coordination with general contractors, other trades, etc., including site visits as may be required
- Keeping projects on budget
- Maintaining accurate document control records including tracking shop drawing submittals, change orders, purchase orders and other relevant project controls
- Reporting out to internal team and clients on project statuses

**About you**:

- You are creative, innovative, genuinely happy and caring - we really look after our customers
- You are very organized and have a strong attention to detail - able to keep track of project deliverables for multiple projects using software tools
- You have amazing people skills - you are great with developing relationships, not afraid to talk to people and are well spoken
- You can read construction blueprints (floorplans)
- Must have strong computer skills
- Adobe illustrator and graphic design experience is a strong asset
- You have a driver's license (site visits within the Lower Mainland)

**Compensation**
- Earn $50K - $75K+, based on experience
- Company contribution to health benefits plan

- Paid day off on birthday
- Opportunity for occasional hybrid work (after you are proficient at the role)

Location: South Surrey

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
