**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Oversee the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring that project milestones are met.
- **Dispatching**: Manage and coordinate the daily dispatch of field teams, ensuring that the right personnel and equipment are sent to job sites promptly. Handle any changes or emergencies in real-time, adjusting schedules as necessary.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project status, addressing any concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with site supervisors, subcontractors, and the office team to ensure seamless communication and project delivery. Assist with resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of project progress, dispatch logs, and any changes to project plans. Prepare reports for management and clients as needed.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quickly and effectively address any challenges or obstacles that may impact project timelines or quality. Coordinate with the necessary parties to find solutions and keep projects on track.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with site supervisors to address any safety concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project coordination, dispatching, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
