**Responsabilités et tâches**
- Effectuer la mise en service et la formation d’opérateurs sur les équipements, en particulier la formation pratique et théorique sur le site minier ainsi que le personnel de MacLean Engineering ;
- Développer et mettre en œuvre le matériel et les normes de formation opérationnelle des produits MacLean, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter ;
- Manuels d'opération ;
- Aides à la formation opérationnelle ;
- Tests de formation ;
- Fournir du support aux groupes de vente et de service en chantier si nécessaire en rapportant/communiquant les problèmes rencontrés et les améliorations possibles ;
- Collaborer avec les équipes de Documentation, de l'ingénierie, de Service en Chantier et Technique, pour assurer que les matériaux de formation soient à jour, compréhensibles et conformes aux exigences des clients, afin de garantir une formation supérieure au personnel du site minier et une performance optimale de nos équipements.
- Résoudre les problèmes en identifiant efficacement les problématiques liés au fonctionnement de l'équipement et en élaborant des solutions avec les membres d’équipes de Service Technique, Service en Chantier et d'Ingénierie comme nécessaire;
- Jouer le rôle de conseiller pour les projets de recherche et de développement en fournissant à l'ingénierie d'information sur l'efficience et l'efficacité de l'équipement afin de s'assurer que les nouveaux produits seront acceptés par les clients ;
- Effectuer la mise en service et les essais de prototypes pour s'assurer qu’ils répondent aux exigences opérationnelles du client ;
- Développer des audits de fonctionnement et de performance des équipements et des programmes de formation remise à niveau afin de garantir une efficacité et une efficience optimales pour les besoins des clients.
- La Formation d’Opérateur implique des voyages et se fait généralement dans des environnements souterrains au Canada. Des voyages internationaux peuvent être nécessaires.
**Qualifications**
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires lié à la conception ou à la fabrication d'équipements mobiles est un aout;
- Au moins trois ans d'expérience en chantier en opération ou entretien d'équipements mobiles, en particulier d'équipements lourds de forage et/ou de boulonnage de roches ;
- Une expérience des équipements mobiles souterrains, tels que les équipements télécommandés, est un atout ;
- Modules miniers obligatoire ;
- Maîtrise de l'informatique, en particulier de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Une expérience d'AutoCAD, de SolidWorks et/ou des logiciels de publication assistée par ordinateur est un atout ;
- Une compréhension et une expérience préalable des systèmes hydrauliques, mécaniques et électriques sont préférables ;
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement (par écrit et oralement) avec les clients et les groupes techniques à plusieurs niveaux de compréhension ;
- Bilinguisme un atout (anglais/français)
