**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions to a diverse audience of professionals.
- Prepare training materials and presentations in line with the latest industry standards.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Coordinate with management to continually update and improve course content.

Qualifications:

- Must have equipment operational experience.
- Proven experience as a safety trainer.
- Relevant certifications in safety training (e.g., OSHA, ANSI, or equivalent).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet different learning styles.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant training software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
