**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Director, Construction Innovation and Development, as the** Construction Training Coordinator **you are responsible for providing support to the training team and handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You also provide support for the facilitation of inside training programs to promote excellence in the construction and production teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in maintaining training program materials, monitoring and reporting on the outcomes and results of all participants enrolled.
- Liaising with external agencies, curriculum developers, and academic institutions for value-added outcomes and updated instruction technique.
- Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation including regional reports and summaries.
- Managing user registration and database for accuracy.
- Editing modules after live training.
- Facilitating introduction of modules to new participants.
- Scheduling appointments, arranging travel and maintaining calendars.
- Responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
- Providing support to other administrative related projects or duties as required.

**Essential Requirements**
- High school Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration is preferred.
- Understanding or interest in real estate development or construction is an asset.
- Experience with Moodle or anther learning management system is considered an asset.

**Work Conditions**

Primarily works in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to other regions is required on an infrequent basis. Overtime may occasionally be required.
