As we continue to grow, PSD is hiring for a talented Implementation Advisor to join our MPEG team. **This is a full time remote based position within Canada.**

**Description**
The Implementation Advisor will manage small to large sized, multi-phase Software Implementation projects, working directly with clients to analyze business and data requirements, and design solutions to meet day to day financial reporting needs of our MPEG platforms. The Implementation Advisor will also be responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to interpret, document and resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely, professional and customer centered manner. The Implementation Advisor will work directly with our clients assisting in defining their requirements and identifying their business objectives. They must possess logical software problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly understand business problems and communicate solutions to the client while adhering to project deliverables and schedules.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Act as Project Manager on small to large sized multi-phase MPEG implementation projects.
- Plan, track and communicate throughout the software implementation project lifecycle, while managing project constraints to achieve client success objectives.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with clients to identify business objectives, providing software demonstrations to fully explain capabilities.
- Create and maintain configuration, testing, process, project documentation as needed configure components based on the needs analysis.
- Analyze data to determine best course of action and configuration.
- Facilitate both synchronous and asynchronous end user client training, either remotely or onsite as needed.
- Develop detailed written technical specifications for the import and export of data, custom add-in routines and support issues.
- Utilize internal Project Management Software to communicate and manage the lifecycle of each implementation project and prepare applicable project reports and status updates.
- Understands PSD's product release and patch process, planning potential client impact accordingly.
- Discuss JIRA tickets during team status meetings, collaborate on solutions and prioritize requirements.
- Escalate client issues to appropriate team members to ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Occasionally travel to clients throughout Canada and the USA to provide on-site workshops.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- College or University Degree in GIS, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Management.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role or related field implementing complex software modules and client specific training programs.
- 3-5 years experience with project management tools, methodologies and best practices as well as experience with PMIS software such as Mavenlink, Smartsheets or MS Project.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, relational databases, data quality control, FME (Safe Software), CMMS and GIS.
- Familiarity with cloud software environments and be at the intermediate or expert level with technologies.
- Experience working with clients in a software support/training environment, municipal clients an asset.
- Knowledge and/or experience working with large data sets.
- Attention to detail and excellent presentation/public speaking skills with highly developed analytical skills & software troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to foster internal/external relationships and resolve issues.
- Comfortable working in an individual and team goal-oriented role.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings or training sessions with various client contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate complex CMMS Implementation projects and communicate with key contacts within the public sector.
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable with multi-tasking and project management abilities.
- Deadline driven individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, creative, and able to collaborate with cross functional team members
