**Your role**

Elevate the visitor experience, manage content with finesse, and implement best practices in website design, functionality and branding. Drive traffic, customer engagement and lead conversions with a team that is committed to quality and results. Get ready to make a lasting digital impression as you champion our company’s digital presence

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of a website strategy and plan, including infrastructure, content, budget and timing, to support the company’s growth plans
- Optimize, manage and maintain the corporate website for brand awareness, AODA compliance and demand generation purposes across multiple service lines, sectors and geographic markets
- Manage and develop compelling content for the website including planning, writing, editing and posting
- Leverage knowledge of SEO, SEM and SERP to build brand awareness and drive website traffic
- Liaise with corporate and regional marketing teams to align digital content marketing initiatives and optimize landing page content and functionality
- Develop and share monthly reports on digital activity and analytics
- Monitor and share subscriber information with appropriate team members
- Foster a positive work environment and look for opportunities to build relationships and collaborate successfully across the organization
- Use the company’s CRM and marketing automation tools
- Liaise with Colliers Canada’s Marketing team to leverage knowledge and communications vehicles, and influence our digital presence

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or Communications, or equivalent work experience
- 5 or more years of experience working in a marketing or communications role, preferably business to business, combined with relevant web content experience
- Strong researching, writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to express ideas and concepts in a compelling manner using both text and graphics
- Knowledge of, and demonstrated experience with, marketing strategies, content development and establishing success metrics. Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Superior oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Bilingualism is an asset, but not required
- Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or ClickDimension is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
