ACASS, a leading provider of international business aviation support services, is looking for an experienced **Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Coordinator **to manage our corporate recruitment and onboarding processes. **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead by example, always modeling ACASS’s core values, competencies, and leadership qualities.
- Ensure the efficient administration of our talent acquisition program, collaborating with hiring managers across the organization.
- Prepare, post, and monitor job openings.
- Engage and communicate with potential hires.
- Oversee ACASS’s internal referral program.
- Coordinate professional reference checks through third party providers.
- Prepare, submit, and file offer of employment paperwork.
- Coordinate the onboarding process of new hires, as well as their orientation training.
- Gather information and draft new team member welcome announcements.
- Support our team members with HR inquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing documentation, maintaining HR files current, etc.
- Contribute to ACASS’s People & Culture initiatives, programs, and activities.

- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive nature and the ability to maintain a high attention to detail.
- The ability to analyze and interpret the needs of internal clients and offer appropriate options and solutions.
- Strong emotional intelligence with solid interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong interviewing, training, coaching, and active listening skills.
- The ability to work under time constraints and over multiple time zones without compromising work quality.
- A natural sense of urgency and an ability to excel in a fast-paced global environment.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field is preferred.
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- 2+ years in an HR Coordination or support role.
- Functional knowledge of Canadian Labour Legislation.
- Bilingual English and French with excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with tracking systems, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Interest in or prior experience in the aviation industry is an asset.
