**RESET Learning Program supports learners in self-awareness, learning habits and lifelong learning through understanding, practice and habit-forming implementation. The program facilitates understanding neuroplasticity and how the brain learns through a structured research-based model.**

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

The COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR role is responsible for promoting the program, engaging with our client community, community members and organizations, managing enrolment administration and documentation and meeting enrolment goals.

The Administrator plays an essential role in building community relationships and liaisons to promote the RESET brand in the community. The COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR supports the enrollment process and works closely with the PROGRAM DIRECTOR and the DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS to increase awareness of the RESET program and brand.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take key ownership of the admissions pipeline & processes, and enhance the admissions process for clients and team members;
- Answer inquiries promptly to promote the RESET brand awareness and understanding; redirect requests as necessary
- Represent the RESET Brand and lead the Community Ambassador Program with the guidance and assistance of the Director of Marketing & Communications
- Plan, coordinate, and set up open houses and other community events etc.
- Evaluate the return on investment for all community events and shift strategies as needed

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**
- Successful applicants must have completed 2~3 years’ post-secondary education in Commerce, Marketing & Sales, Business Administration, Neuroscience or a related field
- Life-Long Learner

- Strong oral and written communication
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Strong presentation/public speaking skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
