Bilingual Coordinator, Paid Media

Join our team as a Bilingual Coordinator, Paid Media In this role you’ll play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various platforms, for all brands, Visique, BonLook, FYidoctors and solis optics.
**What Will You be Doing?**
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/IG, and TikTok to ensure they align with the company's growth objectives. Including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and targeting.
- Regularly analyzing campaign performance using platform-specific analytics tools and other data analytics software. Interpreting the data to make informed decisions on campaign optimization for increased ROI.
- Reviewing the advertising budget efficiently, allocating funds strategically across platforms to maximize campaign performance and achieve growth targets.
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages tailored to each platform's unique audience and specifications.
- Continuously testing different aspects of campaigns, including ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies, to identify what works best and drive continuous improvement.
- Working closely with product, sales, and customer service teams ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals and customer insights are integrated into campaign strategies.
- Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders on campaign performance, insights gained, and recommendations for future growth strategies.
- Bilingualism (French/English).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook/IG, and TikTok campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), coupled with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Que ferez-vous ?**
- Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et surveiller des campagnes publicitaires sur Google Ads, Facebook/IG, et TikTok pour garantir leur alignement avec les objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise. Cela inclut la recherche de mots-clés, la rédaction de copies publicitaires, la gestion des enchères et le ciblage.
- Analyser régulièrement les performances des campagnes à l'aide d'outils d'analyse spécifiques à chaque plateforme et d'autres logiciels d'analyse de données. Interpréter les données pour prendre des décisions éclairées sur l'optimisation des campagnes afin d'augmenter le retour sur investissement.
- Examiner efficacement le budget publicitaire, allouer les fonds de manière stratégique entre les plateformes pour maximiser les performances des campagnes et atteindre les objectifs de croissance.
