We install structured cabling when a company, division, or team is moving or renovating their physical location and require data cables, racks, cable management, or re-testing at the new location/between locations.

We support IT, Telecom, and Logistics Departments, Project Managers and General Contractors responsible for facilities or moving employees - typically our portion falls within the responsibility of all of these groups.

**Position Description**

TBD Telecom By Design Inc is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Coordinator to join our team, the position is located in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will be the first contact for a new customer so we are looking for someone who will set a positive, friendly and professional tone to build the foundation of an ongoing relationship.

This is primarily a customer service role, but you will need to wear many hats and be quick on your feet. As the "hub" your duties will include dispatching, inbound sales and generating estimates and assisting other departments in various capacities on a daily basis so being able to work in a team is a must.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the accuracy of the daily/weekly technician schedule
- Assessing severity of customer service issues with the appropriate sense of urgency
- Using our CRM software to keep track of work being performed by our Technicians and billing
- Creating Estimates and invoices using our accounting software (Quickbooks)
- Striking a positive and cooperative tone with customers, coworkers and Vendors
- Supporting companywide expansion effort to obtain and maintain customers

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service capacity

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong Attention to details required as this position has many moving parts

Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Office (Excel, Word)

Strong online research skills

Ticketing and CRM experience is an asset

Social Media familiarity/experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
