**About the role**

We’re looking for a **Property** Claims Training Consultant** to join our growing team

**What you’ll do here**:

- Facilitating new hiring and training in licensing
- Deliver training modules which include technical, soft skills, workshop-based, and new hire training.
- Ensure learning outcomes are met by developing learning tests/evaluations, analyzing results, and monitoring post training behaviours of participants.
- Analyze results and develop new and effective solutions for current training initiatives.
- Seek out areas of opportunity for improvement by providing solutions that result in improved training material, internal training processes and current learning methods.
- Recommend solutions to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness while enhancing the experience provided to internal clients.
- Partner with other business units to identify training needs.
- Leverage external resources and learnings to develop teaching strategies that support the principles of workplace training.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Post secondary education is considered an asset
- A minimum of two years working in Property Claims Adjusting or related field
- Proven and demonstrated technical knowledge in insurance systems, products and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of adult education/learning theories and effective delivery of material to a variety of audiences
- Strong proficiency in oral and written communication skills and effective facilitation
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Can engage an audience
- Solution oriented
- ** Experience in Claims Training and/or creating content using Articulate software is an asset**
